Job summary

Friesian Flag Indonesia is seeking an Area Sales Manager for General Trade covering Duri Dumai, with a home-based setup in Duri. You will lead route planning, monitor KPIs, coordinate with warehouses, and drive distributor and account management to achieve GT sales targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Min. 3 year(s) of working experience in FMCG multinational company.
Good leadership, communication skill, agile and high drive for excellent performance.
Familiar with data and know how to use it as decision based.
Having driving license (SIM A).
Willing to be placed in Duri with future prospect to be assigned in any cities of Indonesia.

Responsibilities

Plan, check and monitor route for salesman team to ensure outlets visited as targeted and on schedule.
Monitor salesman achievement targets and activities based on KPI.
Coordinate with warehouse team for stock management to ensure availability and quality of product.
Monitor and track execution of promotion & program for compliance and effectiveness.
Gather data related to promotion & program implementation for market feedback.
Identify market opportunities and competitor data for updated market conditions.
