Based in Bandung, the position focuses on driving growth through channel optimization and strategic execution of sales initiatives across markets.

Qualifications

• Develop Short to Mid-term (up to one year cycle) business plan and analyst potential sales channel for business growth.
• Develop and execute in sales plan of actions on monthly and quarterly basis (include plan of customer visit, expenses, sales target per area, etc), align with HQ strategies.
• Manage and develop teams competency.
