Job summary

PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk is seeking a Promotions & BTL Events lead to craft strategy for branding and events. You will manage end-to-end planning, coordination with distributors and partners, and ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to KPIs across multiple areas.

The role emphasizes data-driven reporting, budget control, and strong collaboration with internal teams. Willingness to travel to various areas and domicile aligned with assigned area is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in Promotion/Marketing BTL including event planning, concept creation, preparation and execution coordination, and reporting.
• FMCG industry experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze event data and prepare reports.
• Willingness to travel for official duties to various areas.
• Strong coordination with vendors, external partners, and internal teams.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Must have driving license (SIM A) and CBU.

Job description

Develop promotion, branding and BTL event activity strategies according to area needs and brand/company guidelines, including event concepts, activity flow, and key communication for each activity

Conduct end-to-end event coordination: from preparation, budget approval, logistics planning, to field execution

Oversee promotion activity execution to ensure compliance with timeline, SOP, and established KPIs

Ensure equipment, promotion materials, and event requirements are available, suitable, and delivered to the correct location on time

Coordinate with internal area teams, distributors, vendors, and other partners at locations for smooth program implementation

Prepare detailed activity reports with complete photo/video documentation, achievement results, and evaluation of promotion activity outcomes with recommendations for future improvements

Manage promotion budget effectively and ensure usage aligns with planning

Maintain good relationships with area stakeholders such as outlets, communities, or partners related to promotion activities

About you

Minimum S1 education, preferably from Marketing, Communication, Management, or related fields

Minimum 3 years experience in Promotion/Marketing BTL including event planning, event concept creation, preparation and execution coordination, event/program execution, detailed reporting with complete documentation, and sales promotion

Experience from FMCG industry preferred

Ability to analyse event data and prepare reports

Accustomed to working with targets and managing multiple events simultaneously

Strong coordination skills, especially with vendors, external partners, and internal teams

Basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus

Problem-solving skills and quick response in handling field situations

Able to work mobile, both individually and in teams

Proficient in MS Office

Must have driving license (SIM A) and CBU

Willing to travel for official duties to various areas
