Job summary

PT Industri Jamu Dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk invites a Regional Sales Supervisor to Semarang. You will manage sales and operational activities, oversee distributor relationships, and ensure effective execution of promotional and distribution plans to hit targets.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with GPA 3.0+, has at least 2 years in FMCG channel distribution, strong market analysis, leadership and negotiation skills, and a proven network across distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or Business with GPA ≥ 3.00.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in channel distribution in FMCG.
• Understanding of consumer goods business processes.
• Strong market analysis capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to be placed in Semarang; preferably resident there.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operational activities in the region to achieve sales and distribution targets.
• Provide accurate sales reports and analysis from distributors on a regular basis.
• Develop, recommend, and ensure promotional and distribution plans are executed effectively in the region.
• Ensure approved plans are implemented by the field sales team.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams at distributor level to maintain and increase sales productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and operational activities in the region to achieve sales and distribution targets
• Provide accurate sales reports and analysis from distributors on a regular basis
• Develop, recommend, and ensure promotional and distribution plans are executed effectively in the region
• Ensure approved plans are implemented by the field sales team
• Coordinate with marketing and sales teams at distributor level to maintain and increase sales productivity
• Provide direction, motivation, and development to the distributor sales team
• Build strong relationships with existing channels and open new distribution channels

About you

• Minimum S1 degree from any major (preferably Economics, Marketing, or Business) with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 2 years of experience as channel distribution in FMCG/Consumer Goods companies handling RTD or packaged beverage products
• Understanding of business processes in the consumer goods industry
• Strong market analysis capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Established database and good relationships with multiple distribution channels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed in Semarang city
• Preferably residing in Semarang
