SIRCLO in Surabaya is seeking an Area Operations Manager to oversee the warehouse partner ensuring smooth, optimized operations in the assigned area. You will monitor KPIs such as order processing time and drive corrective actions to improve performance.

Responsibilities include stock receiving, inventory tracking, picking, packing and shipping, manpower planning, regular stock counts, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to boost local sales through affiliates and creators.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse or inventory management, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, order fulfillment, and commercial strategy.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for partner management.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in the field.
• Willing to be stationed in the assigned area and travel to the warehouse partner as needed.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and supervise warehouse partner operations for smooth and optimized performance.
• Track KPIs like order processing time and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee stock receiving, inventory tracking, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Analyze optimal manpower level for the warehouse partner.
• Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Drive sales in the area through stock planning and promotional bundling based on local behavior.
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates, creators, and live streamers to promote products.
• Manage live streaming schedules and sample distribution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize sales from local affiliates and creators.
• Monitor affiliate sales, engagement, streaming performance; identify improvement opportunities.
• Create and analyze monthly area reports with performance insights and improvements.
