Job summary

PT. Meranti Adi Perkasa is seeking a Technical Support - Architectural professional to join our Design & Architecture team in Serpong, Indonesia. This full-time role provides technical guidance to our architectural drafting operations, bridging staff and systems to ensure accurate, efficient deliverables.

You will support CAD software, deliver training, maintain documentation, and collaborate with architects to implement effective solutions. Competitive compensation awaits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in architectural drafting or design environments with technical support responsibilities.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit or similar CAD tools.
• Strong knowledge of architectural drawing standards and practices.
• Experience in providing user support and training to non-technical staff.
• Excellent documentation and organization skills.
• Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers and design professionals.
• Bim (BIM) workflows knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to architectural staff using CAD software and design tools.
• Set up, configure and maintain architectural design software and hardware.
• Deliver training sessions on software, best practices and procedures.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures for a knowledge base.
• Collaborate with architects to address technical challenges and implement solutions.
• Maintain drawing standards and project specifications.
• Assist QA of drawings and deliverables.
• Coordinate with vendors/IT for system upgrades.
• Organize project files and digital resources.
