PT Kenza Hospitality Investment is seeking a creative Architect / Drafter to join our team in Indonesia. You will prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction details, and develop 2D/3D designs to support project progress.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architecture, is proficient in AutoCAD, and has familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion. You should be detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work independently.

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Architect / Drafter to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.

Develop 2D and 3D architectural designs.

Assist in design development and space planning.

Prepare technical drawings and documentation.

Coordinate with the team to ensure design accuracy and project requirements.

Revise drawings based on feedback and project needs.

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Architecture or a related field.

Proficient in AutoCAD.

Knowledge of SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or other 3D visualization software is an advantage.

Good understanding of architectural design, construction details, and building materials.

Creative, organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
