Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details using CAD and BIM software.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, meet project specifications, and comply with relevant building codes and standards.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, and engineers to integrate their input into the drawings.
• Manage the production of drawing sets for various project phases, from concept to construction documents.
• Review and verify drawings for quality control and constructability.
• Lead and mentor junior architectural drafters, providing guidance and feedback.
• Maintain drawing files and ensure proper documentation and version control.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of drafting standards and templates.
• Communicate effectively with project teams to resolve drawing-related issues.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Architectural Drafting, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an Architectural Drafter, with demonstrated leadership experience.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drawings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
