PT Membara Cipta Sehati is seeking a Senior Drafter to support high-rise and large-scale construction projects. You will produce precise 2D and 3D drawings, coordinate design details, and ensure documentation meets project standards.

Based at the project site and head office, you will collaborate with Engineers, Architects, and Site Teams to maintain quality and meet tight deadlines.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–7 years of drafting experience in high-rise or large-scale construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit.
• Experience drafting detailed 2D and 3D drawings.
• Experience with structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off and material calculations preferred.
• Strong communication and technical coordination skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Join a building construction and design-build team as a Senior Drafter, supporting the delivery of high-rise and large-scale construction projects. Based across the project site and head office, you will produce accurate technical drawings, coordinate design information, and help ensure construction documentation meets project requirements and applicable standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Develop and maintain structural, architectural, and MEP drawings covering mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Prepare As-Built Drawings, Shop Drawings, and Working Drawings in line with project requirements.
• Read, interpret, and review technical drawings, construction specifications, and design documentation.
• Coordinate drawing requirements and technical information with Engineers, Architects, Project Managers, and Site Teams.
• Apply construction standards, dimensions, technical details, and project specifications to all drafting work.
• Support Quantity Take-Off, Bill of Quantity, and material calculation activities where required.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and constructability.
• Update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and coordination outcomes.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and documentation.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Drafter, preferably in high-rise building construction or large-scale construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant drafting software.
• Demonstrated experience preparing detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings.
• Experience with structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong ability to read, interpret, and review technical drawings and construction specifications.
• Knowledge of Quantity Take-Off, Bill of Quantity, and material calculations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical coordination skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
