Job summary

Youth Corporation Indonesia seeks a talented Architect with at least 2 years of professional experience to join our design team. The role focuses on luxury villa and office projects from concept to execution, ensuring architectural integrity and premium finishes.

You will develop layouts in AutoCAD and SketchUp, produce 3D renderings, coordinate with MEP and structural teams, and oversee site visits to assure design intent and code compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and minimum 2 years of experience in architectural design.
• Strong technical drawing skills and ability to produce detailed construction documents.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software.
• Expertise in detailing, materials, and finishes for high-end developments.
• Excellent knowledge of local building codes and construction standards.
• Ability to lead tasks and collaborate with MEP, structural, and interior teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

Excellent understanding of local building codes and construction standards.

Strong conceptual thinking and design creativity, with the ability to merge functionality and aesthetics.

Experience coordinating with MEP, structural, and interior design teams.

Ability to work independently and lead project tasks, while collaborating effectively with the team.

Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD is a plus but not mandatory.
