PT. Sinar Bintang Plasindo seeks an accounts receivable/payable specialist to support debt management and supplier transactions. You will coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and finance to ensure accurate recording of liabilities and payments.

The ideal candidate holds a D3/S1 in accounting or financial management, has 1+ year AR/AP experience, and is proficient in Excel and common accounting systems such as Accurate/SAP/MYOP.

Formación

• D3/S1 in accounting or financial management.
• At least 1 year of AR/AP experience.
• Proficient in Excel (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, Pivot).
• Experience with accounting software (Accurate/SAP/MYOP).
• Knowledge of warehouse management and taxation (PPh 23, PPN).
• Able to work in a team and not currently employed elsewhere.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with supply chain (warehouse, purchasing, suppliers) to obtain debt-related information.
• Monitor advance payments, purchases, and liabilities.
• Input and print purchase transactions in the accounting system.
• Create receipt notes for supplier invoices.
• Verify documents including delivery notes, invoices, and receipts.
• Input all payment transactions to Cash Out Evidence.
• Liaise with the tax department to match input tax invoices with purchases.
• Monitor debt cards and outstanding liabilities.
