Job summary

Prudential is seeking a detail‑oriented analyst to support governance-related activities and fund onboarding in Jakarta Pusat. You will track internal tasks, assist in agreements and mandates reviews, and coordinate benchmark onboarding and compliance checklists.

Ideal candidates have a Finance/Accounting/Mathematics background, strong MS Excel skills, and excellent English proficiency. This is a full‑time role with an approximate six‑month contract period, located at Prudential’s Indonesia

Qualifications

• Finance/Accounting/Mathematics educational background required.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
• Excellent English skills (written and listening) are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the new fund onboarding related to governance.
• Track ongoing internal tasks and compliance checks.
• Assist in reviewing agreements with fund managers and mandates.
• Coordinate fund benchmark onboarding and PLAI Monthly Compliance Checklist.
• Obtain market data for analysis and maintain governance data.

Responsibilities

• Assist on the new fund on boarding related to governance
• Tracker on the on-going internal tasks
• Assist on agreement review related to agreement with fund manager
• Assist on mandate review related to mandate to the fund manager
• Track the fund benchmark onboarding
• Coordinate and check the PLAI Monthly Compliance Checklist
• Obtain market data for analysis purposes
• Support maintain data of governance data

Requirements

• Finance/Accounting/Mathematic educational background
• Good knowledge on Ms. Excel
• Strong English proficiency (written and listening skills are mandatory)
• Full time working hour (8 hours per day)
• Experience in operating Bloomberg terminal is a plus
• Committed to join 6 months period
