Prudential Services Asia sedang mencari staff Data Management & Reporting untuk mengelola data program incentives agen, menyusun laporan berkala, dan memvisualisasikan data untuk manajemen.

Peran ini melibatkan pemantauan target, dukungan implementasi program incentives, koordinasi dengan Finance, IT, dan Sales, serta menjaga dokumentasi dan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan internal.

Responsibilities

• Mengumpulkan, mengolah, dan memvalidasi data terkait program incentives agency.
• Menyusun laporan performance incentives secara berkala.
• Membuat laporan performance incentives menggunakan Excel.
• Memvisualisasikan data dalam bentuk slide untuk dipresentasikan ke management/ leader.
• Memantau pencapaian target incentives agency dan memberikan insight.
• Mengidentifikasi tren, pola, dan potensi gap dalam pencapaian incentives.
• Mendukung pelaksanaan program incentives, seperti pemrosesan dan distribusi rewards.
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait seperti Finance, IT, Sales untuk memastikan kelazapan proses incentives.
• Melakukan quality control terkait pengadaan rewards dengan memeriksa secara mendetail terkait administrasi.
• Menjaga dokumentasi program incentives dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan internal.
• Melakukan proses administrasi dan filling dokumen dan hal lainnya untuk kelazapan proses incentives.
• Menyusun dan pengiriman dokumen kepada regulator (AAJI/AASI).

Data Management & Reporting

• Menyusun laporan performance incentives secara berkala (mingguan, bulanan, kuartalan).
• Membuat laporan performance incentives menggunakan tools Excel
• Memvisualisasikan data dalam bentuk slide untuk dipresentasikan ke management/ leader

Performance Monitoring

• Memantau pencapaian target incentives agency dan memberikan insight kepada tim terkait.
• Mengidentifikasi tren, pola, dan potensi gap dalam pencapaian incentives.

Performance Support

• Mendukung pelaksanaan program incentives, seperti pemrosesan dan distribusi rewards
• Berkoordinasi dengan tim terkait seperti Finance, IT, Sales untuk memastikan kelazapan proses incentives.
• Melakukan quality control terkait pengadaan rewards dengan memeriksa secara mendetail terkait administrasi

Compliance & Documentation Administration

• Menjaga dokumentasi program incentives dan memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan internal.
• Melakukan proses administrasi dan filling dokumen dan hal lainnya untuk kelazapan proses incentives
• Melakukan proses menyusun dan pengiriman dokumen kepada regulator (AAJI/AASI)
