Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilités

• Guest Service Experts take initiative to deliver a wide range of services to make guests enjoy their meals.
• Maintain safety, follow company policies, uphold quality standards, and keep a professional appearance and communications.
• Be on their feet and moving; manage the menu, and take a hands-on approach to tasks including lifting and moving objects as required.
• Ensure each service moment aligns with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards to create memorable experiences for guests.
