Job summary

TP is seeking an Application Support professional to maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot business applications for smooth daily operations. You will provide technical support, assist with installation and deployment, and monitor system performance across Windows IIS and Linux environments.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in IT/CS, basic English, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of application support, SQL, programming, Linux, IIS, and deployment.
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic English proficiency; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot application issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance.
• Run basic SQL queries and read code to help identify issues.
• Support IIS, Linux, and server-related tasks.
• Monitor logs and system performance; coordinate with users and teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and incident reports.
• Assist with basic image editing using Adobe software when needed.
