Job summary

PT Mane Indonesia is seeking a Deployment Engineer to develop and deploy regional applications for PTMI and Mane affiliates across Asia. You will troubleshoot backend issues, implement hotfixes, and provide post go-live support to keep deployments stable.

Requirements include a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT, 3 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome), and strong SQL Server/MySQL skills with C#, Python experience. Onsite work is required.

• Access production DBs and IT endpoints following approved protocols.
• Monitor system performance and ensure successful deployment across projects.

Job Summary : "This role supports the development and deployment of regional applications and interfaces across affiliates in the Asia region. The engineer will handle backend troubleshooting, application maintenance, and post-go-live support while enhancing technical skills in business application development and database management in an international environment." Develop and deploy regional applications and interfaces for PTMI and Mane affiliates across the Asia region.

Troubleshoot escalated backend support issues and identify system improvements to deliver hotfixes and effective problem resolution.

Provide post go-live support to ensure all deployed applications run smoothly and stably.

Maintain awareness of safety and health environment standards in the workplace.

Access production environment databases and IT endpoint devices in accordance with authorized access protocols.

Support application maintenance, monitor system performance, and ensure smooth deployment across assigned projects.

Qualifications :

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

Proficient in business application development and deployment using C# and Python.

Solid skills in Relational Database Management Systems specifically SQL Server and MySQL.

Familiar with AI Tools for coding and experience in managing Gitlab/Github.

Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work well independently as well as within a team.

Willing to work Onsite/Full WFO.
