Vuori is seeking a seasoned Apparel Quality Assurance Team Lead in Indonesia (Jakarta or Semarang) to oversee quality and technical activity in Vuori production factories. You will lead QA/QC of processes, WIP, and final products, reporting to the QA Director and coordinating with CFA auditors for continuous improvement.

You will guide factory teams, implement Vuori Global Quality Standards, and ensure compliance across styles with strong communication and vigilance in quality control.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in apparel manufacturing with QA.
• Strong ethics, transparency and accountability.
• Strong garment construction and QA knowledge.
• Excellent communication in English and local language; Chinese preferred.
• Willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsabilités

• Oversee factory manufacturing processes to align with Vuori QA standards.
• Coordinate quality improvement activities with CFA and factory QA teams.
• Define quality checkpoints and lead training to ensure compliant processes.
• Collaborate with CFA for final inspections and pre-production reviews.
• Monitor daily TOP and inline sampling and assist audit processing.
• Identify risks pre-bulk production and drive poke-yoke quality improvements.
• Review monthly quality reports and define corrective action plans with Vendor QA Management.
• Communicate QA expectations and feedback to factory management.
