Job summary

Vuori is seeking a seasoned Apparel Quality Assurance Team Lead in Indonesia (Jakarta or Semarang) to oversee quality and technical activity across its production factories.

You will lead QA teams, drive quality improvements with CFA, conduct trainings, coordinate inspections, and ensure garments meet Vuori Global Quality Standards. Travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience in apparel manufacturing or garment production.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite for reporting and documentation.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee factory manufacturing processes to align with Vuori quality requirements.
• Drive quality improvements with CFA and QA teams to monitor production quality.
• Lead QA team meetings and ensure adherence to Vuori Global Quality Standards.
• Provide training on proper processes and quality control measures.
• Coordinate pre-production and final inspections with CFA and factory teams.
