Job summary

PT Moores Rowland Indonesia is seeking a Territory Manager for Surfactants, Functional Products, covering Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The role focuses on growing key accounts, developing sales strategies, and negotiating contracts while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring alignment with regional objectives.

The candidate will travel extensively (minimum 40%) and work closely with Asia and Global teams to maximize value from customer relationships and drive sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Chemistry or related majors.
• Sales and commercial related experiences desired.
• Significant experience in chemicals and surfactants industries and knowledge of markets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork required.
• Proven negotiation skills and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Sell products to established customers and new prospects within territory to meet or exceed annual goals.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy for identified target customers and distributors, and build a robust pipeline.
• Negotiate new contracts and/or supply agreements.
• Handle opportunity management from identification to commercialization.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, deliveries, forecasts, records, and CRM entries.
• Visit key customer locations with regional personnel to ensure consistent messaging across regions.
