Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Reservoir Navigation and Mapping Services Advisor – APAC to shape technical strategy and partner with customers across Asia Pacific. You will lead solutions for reservoir navigation, geosteering, and mapping, driving technology deployment and business growth in a highly visible role.

Reporting to the Well Construction and Evaluation Lead, APAC, you will coordinate with product lines, regional teams, and customers to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher with 8+ years in geoscience or oilfield services.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across teams.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders as regional advisor.
• Provide leadership for reservoir navigation, geosteering, and mapping solutions.
• Drive deployment and adoption of new technologies.
• Identify improvement opportunities and promote operational excellence.
• Prepare technical papers and share best practices.
