Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Rapid Response Lead for APAC Self Care to field high-priority supply continuity and remediation initiatives across Asia Pacific, protecting service and performance.

You will collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, and Commercial teams to assess risks, drive rapid remediation, and deliver sustainable solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of experience in supply chain functions.
• Proven project leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating ambiguity into practical solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with supply continuity, risk management, or crisis response.

Responsibilities

• Lead remediation projects mitigating supply disruptions with significant business impact.
• Drive rapid response activities across APAC markets and networks.
• Coordinate issue resolution with Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Regulatory, R&D, Engineering, and Finance.
• Assess risk exposure, prioritize issues, and develop mitigation plans.
• Facilitate escalation management and decision-making during disruptions.
• Conduct root cause investigations and recommend corrective actions.
• Implement sustainable supply chain solutions to improve resilience.
• Influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority.
• Track progress and report risks to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement for agility and responsiveness.
