Job summary

Kenvue Germany GmbH is recruiting for a Reliability Engineer in Jakarta, onsite. The role reports to the Engineering Supervisor and focuses on improving asset reliability and maintenance performance in a fast moving manufacturing environment.

You will analyze asset performance, perform RCAs, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies while managing spare parts and inventory for efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering.
• Strong understanding of reliability principles and asset life cycle management.
• Hands-on RCA, FMEA, and failure investigation experience.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate PM plans (preventive & predictive).
• Familiarity with spare parts management, inventory control, and cost optimization.
• Experience using CMMS/EAM systems for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse asset performance and reliability to identify failure modes and improvements.
• Conduct RCA on equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, engineering and maintenance teams to embed reliability principles.
• Develop and continuously improve PM strategies and plans.
• Evaluate PM effectiveness and drive optimizations.
• Prepare reliability, maintenance and spare parts reports for review.
