Metso seeks an experienced Minerals Processing professional to join our Grinding Solution group in the Product Sales team, specialising in Mill Lining. A high travel expectation (60%+) is anticipated to drive regional sales initiatives and customer value creation across Asia Pacific.

You will blend technical expertise with commercial acumen, supporting account managers and global product support in delivering solutions and achieving growth within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Metallurgical/Process/Chemical/Mechanical engineering and 10+ years in minerals processing.
• Experience operating minerals processing concentrators including comminution circuits.
• Strong commercial acumen with customer-focused approach and ability to build relationships.

Responsabilités

• Act as product expert for mill lining and provide technical guidance to customers and Account Managers.
• Lead and support APAC sales activities for mill lining technologies, helping customers meet operational goals.
• Provide technical advice on equipment suitability and processing technologies for client needs.
• Ensure timely progress of sales cases from lead to quotation and negotiations.
• Review operational data to identify opportunities to improve comminution performance with mill lining or related solutions.
• Maintain direct customer liaison for remote and on-site support, including inspections, analysis and reporting.
• Develop complex proposals from data collection to design and delivery, with customer presentations.
• Ensure profitability of sales cases and use CRM to forecast and manage opportunities.
