Job summary

Elekta is seeking a Clinical Application Training Specialist for the Asia Pacific region to deliver market-leading training on Elekta Comprehensive Solutions. You will work onsite and remotely to maximize customer adoption, drive satisfaction and Net Promoter Score, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D teams across the APAC region.

You will lead clinical workflow reviews, support ongoing education credits, and provide expert technical guidance while travelling up to 50-75% to customer

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Radiation Therapy / Medical Physics or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years Elekta experience preferred.
• Possess recognised physicist qualification with experience in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide market-leading, tailored training to customers and colleagues.
• Assess advanced training needs and shape sessions with clear goals and schedules.
• Maintain administration and documentation for education credits.
• Support Marketing/Sales, R&D and international colleagues.
• Ensure timely, professional handling of customer requests per contracts.
• Provide Clinical Workflow planning and reviews; support installed base onsite and remotely.
• Deliver product demonstrations, workflow analysis and best practice recommendations.
