Job summary

Tanamera Coffee Indonesia is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead the AP team and ensure accurate processing of invoices and timely payments. The role collaborates with internal departments to maintain compliant AP processes and supports month-end close.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, 3+ years in AP with supervisory experience, and strong Excel/ERP proficiency, with a detail-oriented, analytical mindset and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, including supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and Accounts Payable processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
