Abeam Indonesia seeks a senior data analytics leader to drive client-focused analytics projects from challenge through implementation. You will design analyses, guide data extraction and model building, and ensure quality across the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate with clients, present insights, and mentor a growing analytics team, while contributing to pre-sales efforts and ongoing solution improvements.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage data analytics projects from business challenge identification, analysis design, analysis execution through to solution implementation, ensuring overall project success.
• Collaborate with clients to ensure project progress and quality align with client expectations and business objectives.
• Leverage advanced knowledge of data analysis/statistics, tools (Python, R, SAS) and data management solutions (SQL, BI dashboards).
• Organize analysis results to report and present actionable insights for client decisions.
• Participate in pre-sales activities to contribute to new business acquisition.
• Foster a culture of learning and skill development within the team.

Responsibilities

• Identify client business challenges and lead the proposal and design of data analytics solutions to address them.
• Manage overall project progress and quality, taking responsibility for analytics design, data extraction/cleansing/processing, and model creation.
• Oversee implementation in client systems and monitor post-implementation performance and maintenance.
• Lead and mentor the analytics team, driving continuous improvement and skill enhancement.
• Expand opportunities through pre-sales activities and client engagement.
