Job summary

MUFG in Jakarta is seeking an Analyst for Expense Management and Internal Reporting. You will prepare head office and managerial reports, support regulatory reporting processes, and develop improvements to reporting accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 3–5 years banking/finance experience, familiarity with regulatory reporting (Antasena) and strong data analysis, teamwork, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Head Office and Managerial reports, including performance and disclosure reports.
• Support for managing necessary reports for Head Office Financial and Managerial Reporting.
• Prepare reports or presentation materials and review colleagues’ materials to ensure accuracy.
• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support departmental projects to improve efficiency.
• Reconcile core banking system with PSAK figures in regulatory reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Head Office and Managerial reports, including but not limited to performance reports, managerial accounting reports, and disclosure reports to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data presented in the reports.
• Support for managing any necessary reports or materials for Head Office Financial and Managerial Reporting.
• Prepare any necessary reports or presentation materials and support to review reports or presentation materials prepared by colleagues to ensure accuracy.
• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support any departmental project or initiatives implementation to improve efficiency.
• Reconcile core banking system with PSAK figures in regulatory reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3-5 years working experience in banking industry or financial institutions
• Having experience in regulatory reporting (Antasena) and reporting related tasks
• Good analytical skills to interpret large and complex data sets and ability to identify implications of data sets.
• Team player and ability to work independently.
