Job summary

PT. HITACHI SAKTI ENERGY INDONESIA is seeking a Project/Program Manager to lead AIS/GIS/Service projects in Tangerang, Indonesia.

You will drive project completion, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met. You will hold an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering degree with 5+ years in project management and strong English & Bahasa Indonesia communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' project management experience with at least 3 years in managing projects.
• Knowledgeable in Substation Apparatus (AIS/GIS).
• Proficient with MS Office; PMP or similar PM certificate is a plus.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for AIS/GIS/Service projects.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Provide weekly project status updates and liaise with customers.
• Support project teams to keep on track, budget, and payment processes.
• Represent the company with customers and drive project governance.
