PT. Sinergi Bangun Global seeks an experienced HR Operational Manager to lead HR operations for the MRO division in Jakarta.

You will align HR strategy with maintenance operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a safety-focused workforce. The role requires strong expertise in Indonesian labor law, workforce planning, recruitment, and competency development for technically skilled staff within aviation services.

Competenze

• 5+ years of operational HR experience, with aviation/aerospace or manufacturing exposure
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Familiarity with international aviation standards and safety protocols for maintenance personnel
• Proven experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management in technical environments
• Excellent training and competency development skills for safety-critical roles
• Ability to manage multiple functions in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• Certification in HR practices (SHRM or equivalent) preferred

Mansioni

• Manage operations for the MRO division including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with Indonesian labour laws and international aviation standards
• Oversee staff scheduling, rostering, and workforce planning to ensure coverage for maintenance operations
• Coordinate and deliver training programmes for technical and non-technical staff meeting MRO competency requirements
• Manage performance appraisals, disciplinary procedures, and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations for personnel qualifications and certifications
• Liaise with technical management to identify staffing requirements and skills gaps
• Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disputes, and exit management
• Maintain accurate HR records and payroll coordination with relevant departments
• Monitor and report metrics like turnover, training completion, and compliance indicators
• Support development of a positive workplace culture prioritising safety and teamwork
