Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree, preferably in Logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
• Strong knowledge of air freight processes and documentation.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
