Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Senior Value Architect to partner with clients and senior teams to identify AI opportunities, quantify potential value, and shape strategic initiatives. You will build credible value cases, baseline outcomes, and support decision making with rigorous analysis and benchmarks across deployments.

Role requires senior stakeholder engagement, strong financial modelling, and deep understanding of AI value drivers, with travel as needed to client sites and delivery hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy consulting or business transformation.
• Strong financial modelling capability and comfort working with incomplete data.
• Understanding of AI value drivers, and enough technical fluency to challenge an engineering estimate sensibly.
• Able to hold a position with senior client stakeholders under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, quantify value potential and prioritise initiatives.
• Build value hypothesis and business case during shaping, baselining the outcome.
• Analyse value pools, priorities, constraints and feasibility to determine impact of AI.
• Sequence initiatives by value and feasibility and present prioritisation to the client.
• Support executive decision‑making with structured analysis of opportunity size, investment required, and ROI.
