Job summary

Young Corporation is seeking an AI Transformation & Solutions Specialist in Indonesia to research, evaluate, test, and implement AI solutions that boost productivity, efficiency, and workflows across departments.

You will work closely with management to identify business challenges and select the most suitable AI solutions for implementation. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a Bachelor's degree in related fields is required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand existing company workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.

• Conduct hands‑on testing and develop PoCs before implementation.
• Recommend the most suitable AI solutions to management.
• Implement or coordinate AI solutions and integrate them into existing workflows.
• Create guidelines and provide internal training for AI adoption.
• Monitor results and measure improvements in productivity, time, cost, and quality.
• Continuously evaluate new AI technologies that may benefit the company.

We are looking for an AI Transformation & Solutions Specialist to research, evaluate, test, and implement AI solutions that can improve company productivity, efficiency, and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Research emerging AI technologies, tools, platforms, and industry trends.

Understand existing company workflows and identify opportunities for AI and automation.

Conduct hands‑on testing and develop Proof of Concepts (PoC) before implementation.

Recommend the most suitable AI solutions to management.

Implement or coordinate AI solutions and integrate them into existing workflows.

Create guidelines and provide internal training for AI adoption.

Continuously evaluate new AI technologies that may benefit the company.
