Job summary

PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia seeks a proactive AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-driven solutions aligned with business needs in Jakarta. You will implement, optimize LLM-based systems, and build RAG and AI Agent applications.

You will collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams, develop prompts to enhance AI responses, evaluate model performance, and stay ahead of the latest AI technologies to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 or final year student in CS/IT/IS/AI/Data Science (Indonesia).
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in AI, ML, and LLM.
• Programming capability using Python.
• Understanding of fundamentals in ML, DL, NLP, Generative AI, or other AI technologies.
• Understanding of basic RAG and AI Agent concepts is a plus.
• Understanding of basic Git, REST API, and SQL/database usage.
• Experience with Linux and Docker is a plus.
• Experience or knowledge of Local LLM, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Vector Database, Model Deployment, Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning LLM, Model Evaluation, MCP, or AI Agent is a plus.
• Good problem-solving, analysis, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• High curiosity about new technologies, quick learner, and able to adapt.
• Able to work independently and in teams with good communication skills.
• Able to read and understand technical documentation in English.
