Job summary

PT Green City Traffic seeks an AI Solution Engineer to identify AI/ML opportunities across fleet, battery, and field operations, translating them into production-ready models and data pipelines.

You will design, deploy, and monitor these solutions, integrate them into existing workflows, and work with non-technical teams to deliver high-impact technical results. English fluency is required, with an openness to upper-intermediate levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions in production.
• Strong Python proficiency and experience with ML libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience building end-to-end data pipelines (collection, cleaning, transformation, storage).
• Solid understanding of MLOps: model versioning, monitoring, deployment.
• Experience working with structured data from SQL, APIs, and logs.
• Excellent cross-functional communication; able to explain technical topics to non-technical teams.
• Fluent English; upper-intermediate also welcome.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00 and Saturday half-day 09:00–13:00.

ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for an AI Solution Engineer who can identify business opportunities across fleet management, battery monitoring, and field operations, and turn them into production-ready AI/ML models and data pipelines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify AI/ML application opportunities across business functions (fleet management, battery monitoring, technician scheduling, and financial reporting).

Design, build, deploy, and monitor production-ready machine learning models and data pipelines supporting daily operational decisions.

Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows, including operational dashboards, internal apps, and field processes.

Collaborate with non-technical teams to translate business needs into practical, high-impact technical solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions deployed in production environments.

Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).

Proven experience building and managing end-to-end data pipelines (collection, cleaning, transformation, and storage).

Solid understanding of MLOps concepts: model versioning, monitoring, and production deployment.

Strong ability to work with structured data from SQL databases, APIs, and operational log files.

Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical teams clearly.

Fluent in English, but Upper-Intermediate level is welcome to apply.

Willing to work Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00) and Saturday half-day (09:00–13:00).

Highly Desirable (Big Plus):

Experience in transportation, logistics, mobility, IoT devices (GPS/battery sensors), or internal LLM applications.

Familiarity with Airflow, MLflow, or cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
