Job summary

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience in machine learning or NLP.
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or similar frameworks.
• Practical experience building applications on large language models.
• Solid understanding of evaluation, data quality and model limitations.
• Ability to work independently and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype AI solutions for client use cases.
• Design evaluation methods and benchmark models for accuracy, cost and latency.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent-based systems.
• Fine-tune and adapt models on domain-specific data when needed.
• Work with engineering to move prototypes into reliable production services.
• Write clear technical reports and share findings with the team.
