Job summary

KPN Corporation is seeking an experienced AI Engineer in Jakarta to design, build, and deploy AI solutions for HR. You will turn HR data into predictive insights, bring LLMs into HR processes, and create a secure AI foundation for the HRIS.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver AI that improves employee experience, speeds up decisions, and reduces manual work while protecting privacy and ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and hands-on AI experience.
• 3–5 years deploying AI/ML models to production, preferably in HR.
• Experience with HR data, HRIS, or people analytics is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI/ML models for HR use cases like attrition and performance analytics.
• Develop and deploy LLM-based HR solutions using prompt engineering and RAG.
• Build data pipelines from HRIS and related systems for AI readiness.
• Manage MLOps, versioning, monitoring, and retraining of models in production.
• Define HRIS AI architecture and ensure data privacy and ethics.
• Translate HR problems into AI solutions with clear success metrics.
