Job summary

STEDI Talent Solution is seeking a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy practical AI solutions, with a strong focus on Computer Vision and multimodal AI.

You may also work across LLMs/Generative AI, VLMs, and agentic AI, depending on project needs, and oversee the full lifecycle from research to production debugging in a fast-paced, remote, international team.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML engineering with hands-on implementation

Our client is a US-based software aggregator that leverages AI and machine learning to build scalable and intelligent solutions.

About The Role

We are looking for a hands-on AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy practical AI solutions for real-world applications, with a strong focus on Computer Vision and multimodal AI.

You may also work across LLMs/Generative AI, VLMs, and agentic AI, depending on project needs.

The role covers the full process from research and experimentation to model development, evaluation, deployment, optimization, and production debugging.

What You'll Do

• Research, develop, train, fine-tune, and evaluate AI/ML models, particularly for Computer Vision and multimodal applications.
• Build AI solutions involving Computer Vision, VLMs, LLMs/Generative AI, or AI agents.
• Work with datasets, data quality, ML pipelines, and model evaluation.
• Design and run experiments to improve model performance, robustness, and generalization.
• Deploy, debug, and optimize AI/ML systems in production.
• Solve ambiguous technical problems and turn them into practical AI solutions.
• Build AI workflows and systems that integrate models with software, data, and real-world applications.
• Collaborate with software engineers and other teams to bring AI solutions into production.
• Stay hands-on with coding, experimentation, and technical problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

• Mid-level to Senior, with a strong hands-on approach to AI/ML engineering and technical problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related technical field.
• Strong Python and programming skills, with experience using ML/AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML solutions, from experimentation and model development through to production.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to technical challenges.
• Good English communication skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with an international team.
• Indonesian citizen.
