Job summary

STEDI Talent Solution is seeking an AI Product Manager - Commercial & ConTech to lead product strategy for an AI-powered construction platform. You will own model quality, UX for domain experts, and commercial growth, including demos and PV engagements with US clients.

You will collaborate with engineering on accuracy, define the trust ladder, and drive revenue outcomes while shipping next-generation CAD-aware plan tools with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML product management.
• Experience owning model-quality metrics alongside product metrics.
• Past revenue accountability or GTM leadership responsibilities.
• Fluent English with executive presence for live demos.
• Indonesia citizen with overlapping hours for US leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product roadmap end-to-end from input (Revit, AutoCAD, PDF) to outputs (takeoffs, analyses).
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineering on model performance, accuracy targets, and labeling feedback.
• Own commercial outcomes including pipeline, PV engagements, and net-new accounts.
• Define trust ladder for autonomous vs human-reviewed outputs in workflows.
• Ship plan viewers and measurement overlays with design/engineering teams.
• Lead weekly live customer sessions and accuracy reviews with US clients and engineers.
