Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven track record in digital advertising, performance marketing, or e-commerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience with ad platforms such as Meta Ads, Shopee & TikTok Ads, Google ads.
• Proven experience building, scaling, and optimizing paid ad accounts using a structured full-funnel framework (TOFU / MOFU / BOFU).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
• Knowledge of retargeting, conversion optimization, and digital marketing best practices.
• AI-Adaptive: Agile and able to leverage the latest AI tools for marketing efficiency.
