PT. Indosat Tbk is seeking a Senior AI/MLOps Engineer to scale AI and data capabilities across its digital ecosystem. You will design, automate, and operate high-throughput ML pipelines on GCP, enabling data scientists and AI engineers with robust CI/CD and secure platform guardrails.

You will optimize BigQuery workflows, govern infrastructure provisioning, and support Agentic AI integrations. The role requires 5+ years in software/data/ML engineering with 3+ years in MLOps in enterprise

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in CS/IT/CE/Data Science or related field.
• 5+ years total experience in software, data, or ML engineering; 3+ years in MLOps/DevOps in production.
• Deep Google Cloud Platform experience: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM, VPC-SC.
• Experience designing and operating Kubeflow/Vertex AI Pipelines for training, inference, retraining.
• Proficiency in Python (OO, packaging, data structures) and Linux/shell scripting.
• Hands-on CI/CD with GitLab, Docker, Helm; GitOps and Artifact Registry.
• Security and governance: IAM, secret management, DLP best practices.
• Cloud architecture knowledge across Google services and enterprise data governance.
• Nice to have: Agentic AI frameworks and RAG evaluation tools.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and operate ML pipelines (KFP/Vertex AI) for training, evaluation, and automated retraining.
• Optimize large-scale BigQuery data workflows and automated data pipelines.
• Govern platform provisioning across Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Spanner, Storage, and GKE.
• Enforce IAM, per-pipeline service accounts, and VPC-SC guardrails for data security.
• Perform pre-deployment checks for IAM, dependencies, and partner integrations.
• Build and maintain GitLab CI/CD runner pipelines for code, tests, and image packaging.
• Establish guardrails for internal AI tooling and secret isolation.
• Support Agentic AI integrations and MCP frameworks with backend connectivity.
• Troubleshoot container builds, private repos (Artifact Registry), and runtime diffs.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Cloud Ops, Enterprise Security, and partners.
