Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited in Jakarta Barat seeks an experienced AI Engineer to design and implement production-grade AI solutions using Python, RAG, and modern foundation models. You will work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, applying prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization to deliver scalable AI features with secure architectures.

Candidates should have strong programming skills in Python, hands-on experience with retrieval-augmented generation, and familiarity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer / Machine Learning Engineer / Generative AI Engineer.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• Strong programming experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• General understanding of Foundation Models, including LLMs, embeddings, speech-to-text and text-to-speech.
• Experience with FastAPI and OpenAPI.
• Experience with LangGraph or similar AI Agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
• Understanding of AI Agent architecture, prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of building secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready AI solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
