Job summary

Akasha Luxury Villas & Boutique Hotel in Bali seeks an experienced IT & Digital Transformation lead to design, implement, and maintain automated workflows across the hospitality tech stack. You will oversee IT infrastructure, integrate PMS/POS/CRM systems, and drive AI-driven improvements across multiple sites.

The role requires strong networking, hardware, software, DNS/web hosting, and project coordination with external vendors. Willingness to travel between properties is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, System Development, Digital Transformation, Automation, or AI implementation.
• Experience managing IT infrastructure in multi-site businesses is preferred.
• Hospitality or property industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI platforms).
• Good understanding of networking, hardware, software, CCTV, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting PMS, POS, HRIS, Accounting Systems, or CRM is preferred.
• Solid expertise in managing DNS, web hosting, and system/website migrations, along with experience in deploying fast-response web AI solutions.
• Willing to travel between company locations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, APIs, Google Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
• Integrate multiple business systems to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, CCTV, printers, computers, and other IT assets.
• Ensure the availability, security, and reliability of all IT systems.
• Perform hardware and software installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors when necessary.
• Maintain IT documentation, software licenses, and asset inventories.
• Support the implementation and integration of PMS, POS, Accounting Systems, HRIS, CRM, and other business applications.
• Develop internal digital tools to streamline and improve company operations.
• Manage DNS settings, web hosting, and system/website migrations, while developing and implementing fast-response web AI solutions.
