Kyndryl is seeking an experienced IT Asset/ITSM professional to become a technical authority in NVIDIA AI platform operations. You will lead cross-layer issues across Linux, CUDA, containers, and GPU health to ensure reliable, scalable training and inference environments.

Responsibilities include RCA, runbook development, platform compatibility standards, and coordinating with OEMs and engineering teams on change management.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology (IT) with at least 5 years of relevant IT Asset Management or ITSM experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and CMDB or asset management tools, with attention to inventory, configuration, audit and compliance records.
• Experience managing hardware and software lifecycles, warranties, contracts, licensing, spares and vendor support.
• Familiarity with firmware/patch management, version control, and formal change management across engineering teams and OEMs.
• English language proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RCA, automate recurring operations, develop L1/L2 runbooks, mentor engineers and act as technical authority during P0/P1 incidents.
• Define platform compatibility, upgrade, canary and rollback standards and design GPU observability thresholds.
• Architect and optimize AI training/inference platforms using PyTorch and NVIDIA technologies.
• Lead NCCL and distributed multi-GPU investigations across compute, network and storage.
• Coordinate Linux, CUDA, container runtimes, Kubernetes/OpenShift, NVIDIA components and AI workloads including XIDs/MIG issues.
