Job summary

Xingyun Group in Jakarta is seeking a recent graduate to join our AI infrastructure team. You will assist with daily operations, basic configurations, monitoring compute nodes, servers, and network equipment to ensure stable systems.

You will help deploy environments, test software/hardware, document SOPs and logs, respond to issues, perform initial troubleshooting, and work with senior engineers to resolve more complex problems while collaborating with business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/EE/Telecommunications or related field.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with DL frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Solid Linux, Docker, cloud computing, server hardware and data center basics.
• Able to write automation scripts in Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Good English for international work and technical docs.
• Interest in AI infrastructure and cloud tech with quick learning ability.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily inspection, basic config, monitoring, and fault diagnosis of compute nodes and network gear.
• Support system deployment, testing, deployment of solutions, and documentation (SOPs, logs).
• Respond to incidents, perform troubleshooting, and escalate to seniors as needed.
• Collaborate with business development and delivery teams to assist customers and provide technical responses.
