Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to evolve AI-assisted delivery with automated validation, safe rollouts and rapid feedback. You will define SLOs/SLIs, improve observability, and build agent-driven workflows to cut manual toil while reducing production risk.

You will work with Go/Python tooling, Terraform-based infrastructure, and Kubernetes in a distributed team, focusing on reliability and scalability in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SRE or production engineering.
• Experience with production systems and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build automated validation, progressive rollout and recovery mechanisms for safe production changes.
• Define and operationalize SLOs, SLIs and error budgets to guide delivery decisions.
• Automate workflows with AI agents for alert triage, incident investigation and reporting.
