Job summary

Ajaib is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer/SRE to join our cloud infrastructure team. You will design, implement, and scale cloud infrastructure for our digital banking platform, ensuring reliability, security, and performance across data storage and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or SRE in a cloud environment.
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong experience with automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet).
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Strong understanding of networking and security principles.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure (servers, networks, storage) for our digital banking platform.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of IT systems.
Manage and optimize data storage, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
Design and implement scalable developer tooling to accommodate the growth of engineering teams.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enhance the efficiency of software development and deployment processes.
Automate infrastructure as code processes.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
Deeply understand the business and manage the high availability of financial services, continuously improving the business SLA.
Identify system weaknesses through data operations and implement improvement projects.
