Job summary

PT. Berca Hardayaperkasa (BHp) is seeking a junior AI/ML developer in Jakarta to analyze business needs and implement AI-driven solutions. You’ll design, build, and maintain Generative AI applications, chatbots, and LLM-based tools, deploying models in production and ensuring reliability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate AI with enterprise systems, and continuously optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/AI or related field.
• 1–2 years in AI/ML development or equivalent.
• Strong Python skills and ML framework experience.

Job description

Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI applications, AI assistants, chatbots, and LLM-based solutions.

Build, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models and RAG pipelines in production environments.

Integrate AI solutions with ERP systems, web and mobile applications, and other enterprise platforms.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI model performance, reliability, and scalability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI initiatives and drive business value.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and deployment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years in AI/ML development, software engineering, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Vector Databases.
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and API integration.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Generative AI applications, AI Assistants, or Chatbots is a plus.
