Job summary

Arena Agro Andalan is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy multi-agent AI systems that automate compliance workflows at scale. You will build RAG pipelines, connect with enterprise platforms, and ensure audit-ready outputs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with LLM APIs and vector databases. This is a high-impact role supporting our food ingredients business.

Key responsibilities

Build multi-agent AI architectures for evidence collection, gap analysis, and remediation

Develop RAG pipelines and vector database systems for compliance knowledge retrieval

Create integrations with GitHub, Okta, AWS, GCP, Azure, Jira, and enterprise systems

About you

3+ years in AI/ML engineering

3+ years in Programming

Hands-on with Claude Code, Claude Cowork, or similar AI-assisted dev tools

Python (strong proficiency) or any programming language

Founded in 2010, AAA is currently operating a fully-automated starch factory in West Kalimantan. Our second and more advanced factory in Central Java has been commencing its production since 2013. In addition to producing starch, AAA also generating other derivative by-products that include germ meal, fibre feed, and gluten feed meal.
