Job summary

Arena Agro Andalan is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy multi-agent AI systems that automate compliance workflows at scale. You will build RAG pipelines, connect with enterprise platforms, and ensure audit-ready outputs.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and hands-on experience with LLM APIs and vector databases. This is a high-impact role supporting our food ingredients business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI/ML engineering.
• 3+ years in programming.
• 2+ years working with LLMs (GPT, Claude, open-source).
• Production experience with RAG systems and multi-agent architectures.

Responsibilities

• Build multi-agent AI architectures for evidence collection and remediation.
• Develop RAG pipelines and vector database systems for knowledge retrieval.
• Create integrations with GitHub, Okta, AWS, GCP, Azure, Jira and enterprise systems.
• Design hybrid rule + LLM evaluators to ensure accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
• Use Claude Code and Claude Cowork to accelerate automation pipeline development.
• Implement LLMOps practices for deployment, monitoring and optimization.
