Job summary

PT Apex Nusantara Indo is seeking a strategic leader to identify AI opportunities beyond existing data and shape AI-driven transformation across the organization. You will collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to ensure feasible, impactful AI concepts are implemented and adopted by stakeholders.

With experience in health, insurance, FMCG, or manufacturing, you will navigate resistance and align initiatives with PMO goals to deliver smooth execution of transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Background in health industry, insurance, FMCG, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in consumer insights, business innovation, or PMO is beneficial.
• Strong ability to identify AI opportunities beyond available data.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning (not for execution, but for feasibility assessment).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive AI adoption and overcome resistance.
• Strategic and conceptual mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable business opportunities.
